After the show, April signed to NY Models Management, then Race Models and Wilhelmina Models in New York. She also signed to Starz People LTd. in Hong Kong. She was in the magazines Stuff, TD Ink, MAMi, Cover, Radar, Marie Claire, Women's Health, Cosmopolitan, and Whole Living. She modeled for Rejuva Minerals in 2013.
