Overview
After having a close call performing self-bondage, Jan Collins, a wealthy divorced woman, goes to a discreet wish fulfillment service. After agreeing to their terms of service, she's blindfolded, taken to a warehouse, and chained up to become the submissive slave of a blonde dominatrix.
