Niharika Konidela (born December 18, 1993) is an Indian actress and producer who works in Telugu and Tamil cinema. She made her feature film debut in the romantic drama *Oka Manasu* (2016) and entered Tamil cinema with the dark comedy *Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren* (2018). She subsequently starred in the romance *Happy Wedding* (2018), the romantic comedy *Suryakantham* (2019), and appeared in the historical action drama *Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy* (2019). Under her banner Pink Elephant Pictures, Konidela transitioned into producing streaming and theatrical projects, including the web series *Oka Chinna Family Story* (2021), *Hello World* (2022) which she also created and *Bench Life* (2024). Her acting credits in streaming television include the comedy series *Dead Pixels* (2023).
